4. Chilly Crab

The chilly crabs are one of the most famous crab recipes in Singapore. The crabs are cooked in sweet, spicy tomato sauce and chilly. The steamed crabs are partially cracked, then lightly stir-fried in a paste comprising of chili sauce, ketchup, and eggs for the perfect blend of aroma and taste. The crab verities are prepared either with chilly or pepper, where the pepper added dish is known as pepper crab.

5. Oyster Omelet

The oyster omelet is made from fried egg and potato starch along with the mouth-watering shellfish. An egg omelet is mixed with flour and then fried with small oysters and then finally garnished with coriander leaves for an added delight. Potato starch is also mixed into the frying egg for a thicker and a fuller taste.
