Dev Anand
The actor, writer and director Dev Anand, is well known for his film “Hum EK Hain”. He was honored Padma Bhushan in 2001 and Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 2002 for his contribution to Hindi Cinema. Dev Anand wrote “Romancing with Life”, an Autobiography describing his life story that takes off from his youth in 1930’s and his struggles in Bombay in 1940’s. As the title suggest, the book also portrays beautiful romance with Suraiya, his marriage to co-star Kalpana karthik and his relationship with his brothers Chetan and Vijay Anand.
