4. Maruti Suzuki Swift

At the fourth spot the recent beauty that stole every Indian’s heart is the Maruti Suzuki Swift. The hatch back is in the country since last decade and it didn’t rise to glory as it arrived to the market. When Maruti Suzuki changed the regular engine to the 1.3 liter Fiat Multijet diesel motor then the car’s sale got a boost.

There are variants of original Swift and it is still being manufactured and there will be a new version of Swift rolling out soon with automatic transmission. Until now the Maruti has sold 1.3 million examples of Swift.
