Jaipur is popularly known as  Pink City due to its dominant color in the architectures or buildings. It was named after the Rajpur ruler Jai Singh II, who founded the city in 1727. Despite the richness in architecture, the people in Jaipur are said to be friendly, hospitable and takes pride in their deep knowledge in the city’s history.

- City Palace is one of the most famous tourist spots in Jaipur, which is famous for its amazing architecture of Rajput, Mughal and European styles. Also, Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal are also part of this humongous palace complex.

- Built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799, Hawa Mahal translates to ‘Palace of the Winds’ and it really shows the significance of Rajputana architecture. It got its name as the palace is built like a beehive castle with number of small windows which enable passage of air throughout the Mahal.

- Located just 11 kilometers from Jaipur, Amber Fort is one of the oldest fortresses of India. The fort has buildings like Sheeh Mahal, Sukh Mahal, and Diwan-e-Aam which are incredibly attractive from the inside as the outer beauty is fading with every passing year.
