Rajasthani Thali:

As Rajasthan was influenced with war-like lifestyle and arid regions, the cuisine here is prepared so that it can last for a long time. The snacks consist of Bikenari bhujia and Pyaaj kachori. The main course in the Thali has myriad dishes starting from Gatte ki sabji to Daal-baati churma, and Khichda. Desserts include sweet Rasgulle from Bikaner and malpuas from Pushkar.

Meghalaya Thali:

Meghalaya is a home to three Mongoloid tribes and when talks drop down to food, the popular dishes from Khasis and Jaintia are Jadoh (Made of rice and meat), Tung-rymbai (Made from pork and fermented soybeans). The Garo tribes here prepare pickled Bamboo shoots which is famous all over India.
