Tickets and timings:

An official online portal is open to book tickets, and general visiting hour tickets are priced at 300 on weekdays (1pm - 6pm) and 400 on weekends (10am - 7pm). On the other hand, the ticket price of business visiting hours is tagged at 650 (10am to 1 pm) and with the respective passes, visitors can enter the arena during the general visiting hours as well.

This year, the organizers are offering free home delivery of tickets and that is possible only if the tickets are booked before 31st December. Delivery will not be available for tickets booked online after January 25th and should be collected from the counters setup outside the arena.

Hospitality:

In terms of hospitality, the center will house around 60 food stalls and 20 kiosks; furthermore, several outlets of popular restaurants will offer a diversified range of local and international cuisine. TAJ and Radisson will also have their restaurants run at the center.
