TVS Ranked the Best Two-Wheeler After-Sales Service Provider: Report


BENGALURU: Everybody wants the best for their vehicle; surveys are relied on to choose the best one based on comparison. If you are planning to buy a two-wheeler with the maximum customer satisfying services, this recent report issued by J.D. Power 2016 India Two-Wheeler Customer Service Index (2WCSI) will help you to pick the best. This latest survey published by the company in Times of India (TOI) site has revealed that TVS is providing the best after-sales services to its customers.

TVS provides similar services as the Original Equipment (OE) authorized network in competition with the other two-wheeler authorized dealers. The conducted survey has also disclosed that Suzuki holds the 2nd and Royal Enfield holds the 3rd rank for their services in the top 10 list for customer satisfaction. J.D. Power has surveyed 7,270 two-wheeler owners in 45 cities all over India to rank the top 10. Further, Yamaha holds the next rank; and Honda, Hero, Bajaj and Mahindra come thereafter.

The report presented that 25% of customers are dissatisfied with the authorized services and suggested them to improve the customer services equivalent to the independent workshops. Customer service centre is another issue that came into sight through the survey, as 65% of owners are satisfied that they have to travel 5kms or less to reach service centers. Whereas, 19% have shown dissatisfaction that they have to travel 10 kms or more to reach the service centres.

Among 67% customers who are engaged with one dealer, 58% have found the services satisfactory by their service dealer and ready to recommend that dealer to friends and family; however, 21% doesn’t feel that way.
