Maruti Suzuki All Geared up To Launch the Vitara Brezza on 21st Mar

BENGALURU: One of the most awaited launches from Maruti in the compact segment which has been on the buzz from the time it was revealed at the Auto Expo 2016 is the Vitara Brezza. The car will hit the Indian streets on 21st March, and will be the first offering in the compact SUV segment, reports TOI.

The Vitara Brezza will compete against the top sellers in the market, Ford Eco Sport, TUV 300 and Renault Duster. Fitted with a 1.3 litre diesel engine, it puts out about 90 PS of power and 200Nm of torque. The Indian variant of the SUV doesn’t get a petrol variant but is on the offer for the international models.

As far as the pricing details are concerned, the SUV is expected to price the starting variant of the SUV at 6 lakh and the top end variant will touch 8.5 lakh. On the exterior, the Vitara Brezza comes with a stunning dual tone paint job and 10- spoke alloys. The SUV also comes with projector- type headlights and wrap around tail lamps too.
