All the A list celebrities are knocking the doors of the Indian designers hoping that they would create pieces for them and many of our top designers have obliged as well.

Tarun Tahiliani is an established name in the Indian design circles. His works are a blend of Indian designs and textiles along with European tailored silhouette. He effortlessly blends traditional with modernity in both terms of design as well as fabrics used. His bridal collections always draw attention in the various fashion weeks. He has been credited with opening India’s first fashion boutique in 1987 called “Ensemble”.

He made a mark internationally by designing a saree for none other than Oprah Winfery herself. He was the mind behind her Indian look when she visited India. She wore a bright orange and golden Kanjeevaram silk saree which complimented her skin tone to perfection. Both Oprah and the saree complimented each other very well.
