6 Restaurants Setting New Trend To Indian Cuisine Across The Globe

Junoon, NewYork

Indian food is emerging as top choices across the globe and one such example is Junoon in New York. With the name meaning passion, executive chef Vikas Khanna along with Restaurateur Rajesh Bhardwaj shares the same goal. Every dish here is delectable and different from one another. The top hits in the menu include eggplant chaat, ghost chili murgh tikka, tellicherry duck and paneer aur mirchi ka salan. Typical Indian platters like Chicken korma or Dal makhani are also cooked for New Yorkers to get a taste of India and not let Indians miss their motherland in New York.

Ziya, Mumbai

The first new Indian cuisine restaurant launched in the Oberoi in the B-town of India composes food for their guests in open forum. This makes the experience of food consumption interesting and eagerly awaiting. To quench one’s visual appetite, the panoramic view of the Arabian Sea and Marine Drive flows little distant to the long window panes. The playful experimentation by Vineet Bhatia has led to the birth of plates named mushroom khichdi with a butter chicken gravy ice cream or broccoli khichdi with grilled lobster jus. However, the iconic dish that’s setting as identity for Ziya is an appetizer combined with 3 chaats in a thick curd base, served in a  martini glass along with pav bhaji.
