Tata’s forthcoming compact Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV), the Nexon allured attention of many people at the Indian Auto Expo. Tata Nexon with its beautiful design and unique structure is hard to forget. The Nexon is one of the best cars Tata has ever produced, in addition to this, it gets an all-new 1.5-litre diesel motor that will produce 110PS of power and a peak torque of 260Nm. It is expected to be launched in the first quarter of 2017 with a price of 7 Lakhs.  

Maruti Suzuki Ignis

The Ignis originated from the parent car manufacturer Suzuki. It is popular and much talked in the compact SUV segment. Features of Ignis include front fascia with its sunglass-clad look, the shell-like roof, and the attractive slits on the C-pillar accentuate. The compact SUV measures 3700mm and is expected to weigh considerably low. The Ignis is powered by 1.2-litre K-Series petrol engine and the 1.3-litre DDiS diesel engine with a 5-speed manual gearbox. It produces 83bhp and 115Nm of torque. The price of the car could range from 5 to 7 Lakh Rupees. Maruti Suzuki Ignis competes with recently launched Mahindra KUV100.
