Do your Exercises on a Regular Basis

In order to keep yourself free from the stress, it’s advised to do some light exercise in between your working hours. Taking deep breaths and covering your eyes for a minute will help you in meaningful manner especially when you’re working at a desk. Even stretches are better during the work hours, such as upper back stretch (which you do by hold onto your arms in front of you and stretch the upper back, also lower your head by bringing your chin close to your chest) and arms stretch (straighten your back and extend both arms above your head and touch both your palms together to make a Namaste kind of pose).
