His final IPL appearance came in May 2024 for Lucknow Super Giants against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
In 36 IPL matches, the off-spinning all-rounder scored 247 runs at an impressive strike rate of 166.90 and took 21 wickets with an economy of 8.24. His domestic record was equally solid. Gowtham scored 737 runs and claimed 116 wickets in 32 first-class games. In List A cricket, he added 400 runs and 51 wickets, while in T20s, he finished with 454 runs and 32 wickets from 49 matches.
