Located in the lower Himalayas, this temple is in the state of Himachal Pradesh. This is one of the most ancient temples of India and has a very interesting story behind it that says that either the tongue or flamed clothes of Sati (The Goddess) fell here and that flame hasn’t burnt off till date. There are no natural gases that are helping the flame to glow but it is naturally like that since ever. The eternal flame is burning since centuries in a natural cave that is now worshipped by visitors.

The name may sound very weird but the temple has a story behind it. Worshippers here offer flowers and liquor to the motorcycle as their prayers. This bike belonged to a man who died in an accident at this spot and when the bike was taken to the police station, it came back here automatically after repeated attempts. It is believed that the wishes of the departed soul protect the travellers.
