Yatra Online has announced major leadership shifts aimed at strengthening its growth strategy and expanding its global footprint. Co-founder Dhruv Shringi, who has led the company since its launch, has transitioned from CEO to Executive Chairman of the Board. In his new role, he will focus on long-term strategy, global expansion, innovation and maximizing shareholder value, working closely with the board and senior leadership.

The company has appointed Siddhartha Gupta as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective November 25, 2025. Gupta most recently served as President of Mercer India, where he helped build the country’s largest people advisory firm. Before that, he was CEO of Mercer Mettl and held key leadership roles at SAP and HP, scaling multiple business lines over a 20-year career.

Shringi said Gupta’s leadership experience will help Yatra strengthen its position in India and accelerate its international ambitions. He noted that Yatra has consistently anticipated business travel needs and will continue to innovate under the new leadership structure.

Gupta said he is excited to join Yatra at a crucial stage in its journey. His priorities include driving growth, enhancing Yatra’s technology and service offerings and delivering greater value to customers, both in India and globally.

Yatra also shared that it onboarded 148 new corporate clients over the past year, representing more than Rs 700 crore in annual business potential, a strong indicator of the company’s growing influence in the corporate travel segment.
