Lu is the Member of National People's Council, China. He has a net worth of $2.4 billion. Guanqiu chairs one of the large non-government controlled Chinese conglomerate, Wanxiang Group.

 


17. Andrei Molchanov:

Andrei is the Member of Federation Council (upper house of Duma/parliament), Russia. He has a net worth of $1.8 billion. He has a Ph.D. in economics from St. Petersburg State University.  Molchanov is the major shareholder of LSR Group, one of the largest city-owned construction firms.
