Bangalore: There are just a few cities in the world that make for a dream location. Many cities draw the crowd for reasons like job opportunities and better living standards, but the most important factor that supports good living in a city is its infrastructure. Here are the 10 cities in the world with best infrastructure, as per a report by Mercer.

Singapore
Singapore ranks first among the 221 major cities surveyed around the world. The ranking of the city’s infrastructure is based on the city’s electricity supply, water availability, public transportation, traffic congestion, telephone and mail services and the range of international flights from local airports. Singapore is the first city on the index with all the services being top notch.

Frankfurt
Frankfurt is the second city on the infrastructure index. The survey conducted by Mercer annually assists the MNC’s and other global organization to locate their employees fairly when placed on international assignments. Frankfurt is the first European city on the list. It is the largest city of the state of Hesse in Germany. It is also the most expensive city in Germany and tenth most expensive city in the world.
