World Press Freedom Index: All You Want to Know about the Annual Press Freedom Ranking and India's Position


Who all are in the list? Who tops it?

For the sixth consecutive year, World Press Freedom Index is led by Finland. The Netherlands find themselves on the second position followed by Norway. Among our neighboring territories, Bhutan is ranked 94, Nepal-105, Afghanistan-120, Sri Lanka-141, Pakistan-147, and China is on 176. The Super-powers, USA and Russia find themselves at 44th and 148th position respectively.
