UK Indians Returning Back Home

Bangalore: The Indians who left their country with the hopes of living the UK dreams are returning to India in great number, replacing it with Indian dreams. The country is seeing a trend in the return of the natives from U.K. This trend has created a tunnel for many to follow in the coming years. There were 30,000 emigrants from British to India in March 2010 and there are many to join this number, as per Rajini Vaidyanathan report for Deccan Chronicle.

The dream that the emigrants had when they flew to U.K. in the 60s and 70s was of a better life and a flourished opportunity they’d find in one of the world’s largest economy. Now with the changing times, the new generation is considering flying back to the nest, which comes as a surprise to their families.

Some of the U.K. Indians are feeling good about securing a well paid job and the perks that comes with it. They find it resourceful taking a step home and starting their new dreams in India. Some are excited about what they do, and the homes they have bought overlooking the sea, or the idea of simple comforts in life, does seems like a boon to these Diasporas. There were the possibilities of being caught in the financial crisis for some of them, which has turned around because of the move. Now they are able to send back money to their families in U.K.
