Bangalore: Write-O-Rama, a National-level Essay Competition organized by Siliconindia will commence today. Students in the final year of college in any discipline can submit their entries from today. The competition provides a platform for the young talent to come and showcase their written skills on a national platform. This competition also provides the opportunity to share their opinions with corporates and get national visibility.
The participants are entitled for just a single entry and the articles are to be submitted at 'Write o Rama'. The articles submitted will be evaluated by a panel of judges that consists of editors of Siliconindia & Directors of Management College. Essays will be graded for their structure and coherence, originality and creativity and the use of thoughtful and concrete proposals/examples. Essay will also have the weight age of public poll. The clubbed score of public poll & Judges Panel will decide the winner.
The list of finalist will be announced on 14 November, 2011. 43 winners will be chosen and certificates would be handed over to them. 3 National-level winners, 40 zonal certificates will be awarded, 10 each for each of the 4 zones.
