RBI Approves C.S. Rajan as Kotak Bank's Part-time Chairman
Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced that the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has given the green light for the appointment of C.S. Rajan, an Independent Director at the bank, as the Part-time Chairman. This appointment is slated for a duration of two years starting from January 1, 2024. Rajan initially joined the Bank's Board as an Independent Director on October 22, 2022.
