Raymond Lifestyle Names Prasad EC as New CFO

Raymond Lifestyle Limited has appointed Prasad EC as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the company announced on Tuesday. In this role, Prasad will oversee the finance function, drive stronger financial governance, and support strategic decision-making to fuel sustainable business growth.
Prasad brings over 24 years of rich experience spanning consumer durables, fast-moving consumer goods, and international businesses. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for financial excellence, operational improvement, and enabling business transformation.
Before joining Raymond Lifestyle, Prasad served as CFO at Bajaj Electricals Ltd., where he strengthened financial governance, enhanced strategic planning, and supported organizational transformation. He has also held senior leadership roles at Voltas Limited, a Tata Group company, as All India Commercial Manager and Finance Head – International Operations, along with key positions at Emami Ltd., gaining deep expertise in commercial management and financial operations.

Prasad is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a Cost Accountant from ICWA, and holds an Executive MBA in Finance from Harvard University.
With his appointment, Raymond Lifestyle aims to leverage Prasad’s extensive experience to strengthen its financial strategies, optimize operations, and navigate growth opportunities in India and abroad.
