Satin Finserv (SFL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Satin Creditcare Network (SCNL), has appointed Pramod Marar as its new Chief Executive Officer to lead its green finance journey. The move highlights SFL’s growing focus on financing solutions that support renewable energy, clean mobility, sustainable agriculture, and energy efficiency projects.
Marar brings with him close to three decades of experience across banking, entrepreneurship, and sustainability-focused ventures. He has worked with leading institutions such as HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, and HSBC India, where he spent 18 years in multiple roles, including Managing Director & COO of Wholesale Banking.
In recent years, Marar has been deeply involved in sustainability-driven enterprises. He co-founded TapFin and MoEVing Fintech, and also served as MD & CEO of GoGreen Capital, a non-banking financial company dedicated to clean and green finance initiatives. This mix of mainstream banking expertise and entrepreneurial drive in sustainable ventures positions him well to steer SFL towards its vision.
With his appointment, Satin Finserv aims to strengthen its role as a catalyst in India’s green finance ecosystem, supporting the country’s transition to cleaner energy and sustainable growth.
