PM Modi to Inaugurate Kartavya Bhavan Today at Kartavya Path

Kartavya Path in New Delhi. The structure, conceptualized as a contemporary, eco-friendly office space for government departments, is a monument to India's changing administrative landscape built upon national obligation and service.

Situated close to the iconic India Gate and Parliament, Kartavya Bhavan will accommodate important ministries and departments under one umbrella to facilitate governance and enhance between-department coordination. Functionality-oriented, eco-friendly architecture, and accessibility were the priorities while designing the Bhavan, which features energy-saving systems, new-age facilities, and upgraded security measures.

The inauguration is part of the government's larger effort to transform Central Vista  the core of India's administrative district  with a new Parliament building, fresh office space, and an upgraded public experience along Kartavya Path. Kartavya Bhavan is the extension of this vision, marrying traditional principles of public service with the needs of a forward-thinking bureaucracy.

Prime Minister Modi, in his speech, is likely to underscore the values of "Kartavya" (duty) and how the new infrastructure will lead to a leaner and citizen-centric government. Senior cabinet members, officials, and other high-ranking dignitaries will be attending the function. The inauguration ceremony will be followed by a guided tour of the premises and an introduction to the building's design and vision in a short presentation.

The inauguration of Kartavya Bhavan is not only an infrastructural milestone, but also a symbolic move in reaffirming the call of responsible governance and commitment towards people  values inhering deep within the Kartavya Path idea.
