One 97 Communications Limited (OCL), the parent company of Paytm, is receiving widespread support from merchants across India, as highlighted in a recent social media livestream organized by the company. Merchants from various cities, including Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, and Bengaluru, shared their positive experiences with Paytm during the live event.
The merchants expressed satisfaction with Paytm's devices, such as QR code scanners, Soundbox technology, and Card Machines, which they have been using for several years. Many assured that they would continue using these iconic devices, emphasizing the convenience, user-friendliness, and great customer service provided by Paytm.
