Movate Appoints Industry Veteran Srijit Menon as Chief Revenue Officer
Movate, a leading digital technology and customer experience (CX) services company, has announced the appointment of Srijit Menon as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Digital Services. In his new role, Srijit will oversee global sales and account management across Movate's core service lines, including Digital Infrastructure, Digital Engineering, Enterprise Products, and Content & Data Services. His focus will be on driving growth through a consultative, outcome-based approach, with an emphasis on enhancing Movate’s leadership in the ever-evolving digital services landscape.
Srijit brings over 25 years of global leadership experience in cloud and digital services to his new role. He has previously held senior positions at leading organizations such as HCL Tech, Wipro, IBM, PwC, and Siemens. Renowned for his ability to close large deals and acquire marquee clients, Srijit has led outsourcing engagements worth more than $2 billion for over 50 global customers across industries including Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, BFSI, Telecom, Retail, and Life Sciences. His expertise in driving digital transformation initiatives has consistently delivered measurable business outcomes for clients worldwide.
Before joining Movate, Srijit served as Senior Vice President and Head of Manufacturing Industries at HCL Tech, where he managed a portfolio worth several hundred million dollars for Global 2000 clients. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in cultivating high-impact customer relationships, leading strategic client engagements, and mentoring future leaders, demonstrating his deep understanding of market dynamics and his ability to drive scalable and sustainable business growth.

Srijit holds an MBA (PGDM) from IIM Ahmedabad, an MS in Software Systems from BITS Pilani, and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Calicut University. Outside of his professional life, he is passionate about travel, photography, badminton, movies, and comics, and resides in Chicago with his family.
