A 29 years old auto-rickshaw driver in Chennai, Annadurai, gives a unique touch to his auto by providing a rickshaw experience that is different from others.

Once a passenger steps into his ‘share auto’ that can accommodate six people, they would find over a dozen of latest magazines and newspapers, neatly stacked on the sides and top.

Not just these, it has a touch of technology too with a Wi-Fi enabled environment, a mini TV set playing recently recorded news bulletins, a brand new tablet to browse and send mails, a recharge facility for prepaid mobiles. As such, Annadurai, is very popular among IT professional in Chennai.

Every month, he spends around 4000 on just purchasing magazines and newspaper. He is affectionately calls “Anna” by his customers.

Annadurai makes sure that on special occasions and day he offers discount to his customers. Teachers are the only category of people who are offered free in his auto all days of the year. They are special people according to his views.

He exclaimed that such ways of him was not meant to attract people but it is a part of making customers satisfied.
