“This Women’s Day, we stand together to address the gaps in STEM and work towards gender equality for a sustainable tomorrow. However, even with the existing limitations today, women continue to excel in their field of expertise. In my experience, having an agile mindset, which includes pride in ownership, focus on delivering value, and the ability to adapt to change, are essential. After all, we must realize and stand for the value that we bring to any organization to build and create a strong foundation in the industry. Naturally, workplace culture plays an important role in defining the opportunities for women. This is true in every part of the world. As the women of the 21st century, who aspire to be the leaders of tomorrow, we must learn to voice our opinions, and nurture our strengths, while staying relevant with latest technologies and enhancing our capabilities.”
