Inspiring Indians Who Deserve a Huge Round of Applause

Manik Sarkar: The Cleanest and Poorest Chief Ministers:

He has been the Chief Minister of Tripura since 1998. Manik Sarkar is the first CM who has no house or vehicle of his own. He even donates his salary to the party welfare. Well, in a country like India, where the politicians are richer than any business this sounds like encouraging news.

Rukhsana Kausar: National Bravery Award Recipient Who Killed a LeT Militant Leader:

In 2009, Rukhsana did what continues to inspire women throughout India. Having watched the Lashker-E-Taiba militants brutally murder her parents in her residence, Rukhsana did just what was needed to be done. She leaped up and decided to take the matter into her own hands. She overpowered the dreaded Lashkar armed commander Abu Osama using his own axe and put the bullets of justice into his head using his own AK-47. She has been awarded with a National Bravery Award—which she rightly deserved.
