ICICI Lombard Names Priya Deshmukh as Head of Health Operations
ICICI Lombard General Insurance announced the appointment of Priya Deshmukh as the Head of Health Products, Operations & Services. In her new capacity, Deshmukh will have oversight of the company's health products, underwriting, and claims. Prior to joining ICICI Lombard, she held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Manipal Cigna Health Insurance.
With an extensive career spanning 27 years, Deshmukh brings a wealth of experience and leadership in business and strategic roles within the health insurance and healthcare sectors. She has held senior leadership positions at organizations including Max Bupa, Cognizant, and United Health Group, contributing to business and strategic development.
Expressing her commitment to innovation and customer well-being, Deshmukh stated, "I look forward to contributing my experience and leadership to grow the health insurance business".
