4. Faridabad honour killing case:

In one of the bizarre incidents of honour killing, Rahul, a 15-year-old boy, was allegedly beaten to death for being in a relationship with a girl who was much older than him. His body was later thrown in front of a local police station. As per the locals, the perpetrators of the incident are reportedly 11 members from the girl's family who used iron rods to kill the victim. Actually, it was the girl who forced the guy saying that if he refused, she would slit her wrist and kill herself.

5. Couple burnt alive in Bihar:

Raj Kumari alias Radha Devi, a widowed woman who had remarried against her family's wishes was burnt alive along with her husband, by her brothers, in Raksha Basatpur village in Bihar's Muzaffarpur district. The victim was repeatedly threatened by her brothers after she remarried a local tea vendor, according to the police. The couple was beaten cruelly by Radha’s brothers and was later set on fire. The bodies were allegedly burnt to destroy the evidence of crime.
