In a major real estate move, US tech giant Google has leased 617,000 sq ft of office space at Atrium Place in Gurugram, a joint venture between DLF and Hines. The deal is among the largest office space transactions of 2025, highlighting Google’s expanding footprint in India’s thriving tech corridor.
Two people familiar with the development confirmed the deal but did not share details about the lease duration or financial terms. The latest transaction follows Google’s earlier 550,000 sq ft lease from managed workspace provider Table Space in another Gurugram commercial complex.
“Google has a strong commitment to India, and this expansion reflects its focus on scaling operations here”, one of the sources said. The person added that Google follows a stringent property selection process, and only a few developers meet its global standards.
In 2022, Google had ended a 700,000 sq ft lease in a Gurugram office complex originally signed in 2020. The new lease marks the company’s continued investment in creating modern workspaces for its growing India operations.
