She went on from being a mere agriculture laborer to a CEO in USA. Aged 18 and a mother of 2 girls as a result of forced marriage after completing class 10, she grabbed on the opportunity to teach villagers during night classes. Completed her graduation and post graduation through distance education and moved to USA on visiting visa after single handedly saving for it. The ‘struggles’, which is too long to be depicted here eventually placed Jyothi Reddi as President and CEO of Key Software Solutions, a firm with a turnover of 5 mn. As a humanitarian, in every visit to India she visits Orphanages, Old age homes and spends time with them, provides them financial assistance. She visits Women’s colleges and empowers them with her life experience. She is also the Andhra Pradesh State Coordinator in the USA chapter of Lead India 2020 initiative.
