The cabin also includes larger overhead bins for extra storage and Boeing’s signature Sky Interior lighting, which creates a brighter, more spacious look and feel.
In addition to the new interiors, the airline has overhauled its in-flight dining experience. The reconfigured aircraft is equipped with onboard ovens for freshly heated meals and a diverse menu of 18 meal options, featuring both hot and cold dishes along with new breakfast items.
The retrofitting of Air India Express’s Boeing 737 narrow-body fleet is underway at GMR, AIESL, and Air Works, three leading maintenance and repair facilities in India.
