ace turtle Appoints Three Senior Leaders to Accelerate Business Growth
India's leading technology-driven retail company, ace turtle, has announced the addition of three notable leaders to its senior management team. Rahul Rajan has been appointed as Chief Business Officer – Retail of fashion brands, Agnes Raja George as AVP and Business Head of Wrangler & Central Planning, and Jitender Singh as AVP & Business Head of Lee. These strategic appointments aim to enhance ace turtle’s growth and further its mission to transform retail through innovative technology.

In his new role as Chief Business Officer – Retail, Rahul Rajan will oversee growth across both online and offline retail channels for all fashion brands within ace turtle’s portfolio. Rahul brings with him 15 years of experience, including seven years as a successful business operator and prior roles in strategy and investment. His expertise includes P&L management, strategic planning, business development, and creating product and tech roadmaps. Rahul joins ace turtle from Flipkart, where he played a crucial role in developing new businesses in beauty, FMCG, and fast fashion, as well as scaling complex multi-billion-dollar apparel businesses. He holds an MBA from IIM Mumbai.
Agnes Raja George, appointed as AVP & Business Head of Wrangler and Central Planning, brings nearly 23 years of experience in the fashion retail industry. Agnes is skilled in P&L management, brand building, marketing, inventory planning, cash flow management, and supply chain management. He has a strong track record in managing brands across department stores, exclusive brand stores, online marketplaces, and multi-brand outlets in India. Prior to joining ace turtle, Agnes founded and scaled the women’s wear brand De Moza and held various leadership positions at Landmark Group India and Aditya Birla Fashion and Lifestyle.
Jitender Singh, the new AVP & Business Head of Lee, has 22 years of experience across online and offline channels, spanning sports & fitness, lifestyle, FMCG, and consumer durable categories. He has a solid background in building and leading direct and matrix teams to drive sustainable business growth. Before joining ace turtle, Jitender was a Senior Director at Myntra, where he significantly grew the HRX and Nautica brands. His previous experience includes roles at Decathlon, 3M, Café Coffee Day, and TTK Prestige.
