BANGALORE: “On a visit to Goa, the southern part of it where life is more sober, we got up early in the morning to take a walk. As we passed by these medieval Portuguese structured houses, the dwellers of these homes would bow a little and smile. It wasn’t just ‘good morning’ or a conversation that took us by surprise but the warmth that the people had towards us. Just a bunch of kids taking a morning stroll yet we were greeted like elders.
