PTW Designates New COO and CPO

PTW has appointed Andy Emery as new Chief Operating Officer and Kasturi Rangan as Chief Product Officer.

FREMONT, CA: PTW, one of the best video games and tech services outsourcer, has appointed Kasturi Rangan and Andy Emery to their C-Suite. PTW has 25 years’ experience and, therefore, the infrastructure to make modified support for projects and clients of all sizes.

From the last five years, Andy Emery has been working with PTW, and now is stepping into the role of Chief Operating Officer. In 2015, Andy joined PTW through the acquisition of his company SIDE, which transformed PTW’s audio line of business. With the mission of combining world-class voice performances to video game productions, in 1997, Andy founded SIDE in London along with Phil Evans and Steve Parker. Working on many of the industries’ best-loved franchises, SIDE found great success in that mission.

In 2015, PTW acquired SIDE, and Andy became an integral part of the PTW executive team. In the beginning, Andy overlooked the opening of two new SIDE locations in Los Angeles and Shanghai. He became Vice President of Strategy and Innovation. Recently he is managing the whole European region as President of Europe for PTW.

Andy was joined by Kasturi Rangan in his appointment to the C-Suite, advancing to the role of Chief Product Officer. For nearly a decade, Rangan has been an integral part of PTW and led operations across the Quality Assurance, Innovation, and the Customer Experience line of business. Recently, Rangan was leading the North American and India services as the Regional President of PTW. He was also appointed as CEO of PTW’s new game and product development brand, Orange Rock Studios. As CPO of PTW, Rangan will manage the product innovation and transformation arm for PTW worldwide.
