BANGALORE: With every year passing by, more and more people across the globe want to make it to U.S. and achieve their American Dream. And, this dream is like a hot stew for Indians. Over the years, the H1-B visa process has turned to tougher adjudication standards and the elements of the same have become even more critical. Off-late, this issue caused a stir when U.S. passed a bill on immigration with curbs. The recent hike in the petition fee by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service for the H1-B visa has directly targeted the Indian IT firms. This was unjustifiable move as per the Indian IT firms.
