BENGALURU: The recent attack on BSF convoy in Udhampur, Jammu & Kashmir, has once again exposed the vulnerability of India. Reportedly the attack killed two soldiers but eventually a terrorist named Usman was caught alive in the climax of the operation. Usman is the first terrorist to be caught alive after Ajmal Kasab 26/11 attacks in 2008. Reflecting the recent attack here goes the list of deadliest terrorist attacks that India has ever faced.

26/11 Mumbai Terror Attack:

On 26-11-2008, India faced its most fatal terrorist attack ever; it was when 10 terrorists of Lashkar-e-Taiba carried out a serious of attacks in Mumbai city in, which more than 164 Casualties were reported. Subsequently attackers took hostages at Taj Mahal Hotel and Oberoi Trident and were terminated by National Security Guard commandos, after four days. Ajmal Kasab was the only terrorist, who was caught alive by the Mumbai Police and was later hung to death in 2012, after four years of court trails.
