Bengaluru Boys Clinch Top Three Spots in INRC 2015




BENGALURU: The MRF 2W bike Rally is as popular and exciting as that of the four wheeler and one must feel proud that our Bengaluru boys have made it to the top. The second round of the MRF MOGRIP FMSCI Indian National Rally Championship 2015 indeed had a great Sunday as K P Aravind along with R Nataraj and V S Naresh clinched the top three spots at the event, reports TOI.

The event which saw about 38 entries in all possible categories, witnessed some huge crowd gatherings where K P Aravind of TVS Racing came out as the overall winner of the motorcycle rally with R Nataraj finishing second followed by V S Naresh at third.

J Prithiviraj, the Coimbatore Auto Sports Club secretary said, "Two-wheeler rallying is definitely as exciting, if not more, than the four wheeler category. There was a good crowd in to cheer the racers as their motorbikes zoomed past each laps."

The event was inaugurated by mayor P Rajkumar from Andal Kalyana Mandapam on Trichy Road in the city, which was the finishing point as well.

After the event, Arvind said - "The terrain was enjoyable and at the same time challenging" on the other hand, Venu Ramesh Kumar, the runner-up, said - "The tracks were very smooth and fast. The organizers were very professional in handling the event”.
