BENGALURU: Well it is not just the politicians who visit prison often but the actors too. Headlines off late are all about Salman Khan. Salman has been the ‘troublemaker-in-chief’ of Bollywood, and there is no doubt about it. The poor star has had enough attention over this week, to take some light away from here we present few other big stars who were not spared by the law either.

Salman Khan—Rockstar of Indian Courts

Well of course he tops the list. We have all seen the list of crimes he has been charged under, for a five year term imprisonment. He is the super star and followed by thousands of fans but he has his dark phase too. This is not the first time the actor was summoned by the court, but the fans hope this would be the last. The actor has been convicted for five year jail term by Mumbai Sessions Court.

Sanjay Dutt—Convicted Under TADA

Unlike Salman, Sanjay had been convicted for rather more serious crimes one such being, possession of arms relating to 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case. He was convicted for having interactions with terrorists, for which he spent 18 months of imprisonment. In 2007 he was sent on a 6 year rigorous imprisonment. He is now serving his remaining 42 months of his term for arms possessions. Sanjay a good actor by profession has been out on bails and parole.
