Ascendas-Singbridge Appoints Vinamra Srivastava as its New CEO for India Operations & Private Funds


Ascendas-Singbride, Asia’s leading provider of Urban Development and Business Space solutions, announces the appointment of Vinamra Srivastava as its new CEO for India Operations and Private Funds division. The current CEO, Sanjay Dutt will hand over charge to Vinamra on April 1 this year.

With his cross border consultancy experience and deep knowledge of Ascendas-Singbridge’s strategy, we are confident that he will lead Ascendas-Singbridge’s India operations and private funds to its next phase of growth”.

Vinamra joined Ascendas-Singbridge in October 2015, and had played a significant role in the successful Ascendas-Singbridge merger process. In his new role, Vinamra will command operations, business development, and strategic planning, and will be responsible to boost the Group’s portfolio of assets in India. Prior to joining Ascendas-Singbridge, Vinamra was a Principal Consultant with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and during his long illustrious career, he has worked in both public & private sectors across industries like infrastructure, smart cities, and urban & economic development and his experience spans not only in India but also in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.

Wishing luck to the now retiring CEO, Miguel says, “Sanjay is making this move to return to his hometown in Mumbai. At Ascendas-Singbridge, we understand his desire to be close to his family and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours”.
