Reared in the 14th century, the city of Mosul proudly flagged the complexity of the Prophet Jirjis Mosque which was attributed as a pilgrim for Nebi Jirjis, the Prophet George. However it is believed that the fall of the shrine was plundered by a radical Jihadist group on July 24, 2014.
