Spain’s Naval Special Warfare Force
Unidad de Operaciones Especiales, is a Naval Special warfare force formed in the year 2009. Initially, in the year 1952, it was intended as the volunteer Amphibious Climbing Company unit that later on went on to be Naval Special Warfare Force. Attaining the UOE Green Beret is a difficult task; after the successful training and approval the candidates can join the troop. This dedicated and strict training along with the harsh entrance criteria have embraced their official tagline or motto “He who can enter, not who wants to”.
