Priyanka Bakaya: Graduate from Stanford and MIT, Priyanka has perfected a process to transform landfill-bound plastic waste back into oil and founded a company called PK Clean.

Bakaya is now operating a commercial plant in Salt Lake City, Utah, working with the state's largest recycler, Rocky Mountain Recycling. The plant can convert 20,000 pounds of non-recycled plastic to 60 barrels of oil per day—all with zero emissions. The generated oils are enough for power supply. Bakaya’s work triggered lots of interest from waste management companies.

Sarajit Jha: Sarajit Jha, the 38- year-old, Chief Operating Officer of Tata Business Support Services believes that success can be achieved by setting simple rules. "Carve out family time" and "Do not make destructive comments" are some of the self development plan he has set down for himself.

Jha, an MBA from the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar started his professional career with Tata Administrative Services in the year 2000 and from then on he has been deputed to various Tata group companies, an invaluable experience for him.
Jha considers TBSS as one of the largest citizen services company in the world. He also stated, "We provide the entire customer care support for the Passport Seva Kendra and for Aadhaar," reports Business Today. Talking about facing failure, Jha added "When things don’t work out don’t hang people. Nobody will then believe you when you say we need people who can take risks."
