BENGALURU: The recent developments in Google has once again proved that Indians lead the tech world, as Sundar Pichai, an Indian origin Google employee was named as the Chief Executive Officer of the newly slimmed down Google. Pichai is now among many other Indians who have been spearheads of global tech giants and here goes the list of them.

Sundar Pichai:

Sundar Pichai grew up in Chennai and pursued Metallurgical Engineering degree in Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT) and also holds Master of Science from Stanford University in Material Sciences and Engineering and MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Pichai left McKinsey & Company and joined Google in 2004, since then he has witnessed a significant rise in his career graph.  Pichai was an Executive in charge of the company's Chrome Web browser and operating system for lightweight laptop computers. He now replaces Andy Rubin as Google’s CEO.
