Sudha Murthy

Sudha Murthy became the first female engineer hired at India's largest auto manufacturer TATA Engineering and Locomotive Company (TELCO). She had written a postcard to the company's Chairman complaining of the ‘men only’ gender bias at TELCO. As a result, she was granted a special interview and hired immediately. In 1996, started Infosys Foundation along with his husband Narayana Murthy and till date has been the Trustee of Infosys Foundation.

Azim Premji

Azim Premji is responsible in turning the business from soaps to software. Under his leadership the company expanded its production of by-products. Later realizing the emerging IT field he turned it into an IT services company and changed the name to Wipro. Besides being a business tycoon he is also a great investor and philanthropist.
