Nobel Peace Prize: Tunisian National Dialogue Quartet

The Tunisian National Dialogue Quartet is a syndicate in Tunisia, that played an integral part in keeping peace, while the country was on the verge of the civil war. After the 2011 revolution in the country, there formed a huge political difference between religion extremists and the secular party works. Subsequently, under the fear of civil, Tunisian National Dialogue Quartet formed peace and withheld the existence of democracy in the country. Hence the The Norwegian Nobel Committee announced it as the peace laureate of the year.

Nobel Prize in Literature: Svetlana Alexievich

Svetlana Alexievich, a Belarusian authoress is the recipients of the Nobel Prize in Literature 2015. Svetlana has always been outspoken and condemning the influence of Russia over the regions Eastern Europe (Ukrain and Belarus in particular). Relatively her works are mostly based on the interviewed subjects of the sufferers of the 1986 Chernobyl disaster, the Soviet Union’s war in Afghanistan, and the experience of Soviet women soldiers during the World War II.
