Topping the list as the poorest nation in the world this year, Malawi has a GDP as low as 226 dollars. Industrialization, infrastructure, geography, resources, education and many such aspects in this country has led to this present scenario. The low capita and low living standards despite 16 Mn of population, Malawi struggles to fight against poverty.  The prevailing low standards and lack of basic amenities has led to the increased infant mortality rate here.
