10 Majestic Skyscrapers Set to Rule Indian Skies

5. The Imperial 3:

The Imperial 3 Tower is a 116 floors super-tall residential building located next to the two existing towers in Mumbai. At 400 meters, it will be one of the Mumbai's tallest buildings and will serve as a model for future tall towers in the financial capital of the country. The tower's form are distinguished by luxurious curves, lush skygardens and a high-performance, highly reflective exterior wall. The aerodynamic shape of the tower is designed to confuse the wind, minimizing negative effects of wind action on the building; the skygardens also help break up wind currents around the building. The terraces also function as beautiful amenities for building occupants, providing access to light and views and a strong connection with the natural world in a manner typical for Mumbai. Other sustainable features include greywater collection and re-use systems, a green wall podium and the use of native plants throughout the landscaping.
